American Noble Hops are produced through our patented Cryo Hops separation process, which removes lupulin from the bract. This creates two distinct products, each delivering dependable performance whether you need the concentrated lupulin power of Cryo Hops or the authentic noble character and exceptional value of American Noble Hops for your brewhouse.

After the lupulin is removed, the American Noble pellets are cold-pressed to preserve the delicate oils and polyphenols. With high aroma impact and minimal bittering, these pellets can be used throughout the brewing process, but shine in traditional kettle applications
