American Noble Hops™
American Noble Hops are premium low-alpha pellets made exclusively of bract leaf material. Lupulin is separated from the plant matter during our patented cryogenic process, resulting in a pellet with reduced bitterness that resembles traditional noble hops, preserving the unique characteristics of each variety.
Advantages
American Noble Hops deliver classic noble aromatics and soft bitterness, showcasing the distinct character of American hops from the Pacific Northwest. Nuanced, expressive flavours elevate traditional styles without overpowering them.
American Noble Hops are produced through our patented Cryo Hops separation process, which removes lupulin from the bract. This creates two distinct products, each delivering dependable performance whether you need the concentrated lupulin power of Cryo Hops or the authentic noble character and exceptional value of American Noble Hops for your brewhouse.
After the lupulin is removed, the American Noble pellets are cold-pressed to preserve the delicate oils and polyphenols. With high aroma impact and minimal bittering, these pellets can be used throughout the brewing process, but shine in traditional kettle applications
Pacific Northwest-grown and processed American Noble Hops serve as an alternative to European-grown noble hops. American Noble retains its traditionally refined aromatics and stylistic authenticity while offering another sourcing option.

American Noble Hops pellets can be used anywhere in the brewing process. They perform best as late kettle or whirlpool additions, where brewers can capture aroma without driving bitterness too high. They can also be used in the mash to aid runoff and contribute antioxidants, or in fermentation and dry hopping for very subtle aromatic effects.
