Celebrated for its expressive peach character, Dolcita offers layers of pineapple, caramel cream, and orange. It boasts an incredibly complex profile suitable for a wide range of recipes and styles.

Originally crossed in 2016 by the Hop Breeding Company, Dolcita HBC 1019 went through a 9-year process to reach commercialization in 2025.
