Willamette

6761-117 | Alpha Acids: 4.5-6.5%

Released in 1976 by the USDA breeding program, Willamette is a triploid descendant of the English Fuggle. For years, it was the most widely grown U.S. aroma hop and became a defining aroma variety for the early craft beer movement. Named for Oregon’s Willamette River, it reflects the heritage of one of the country’s most iconic hop-growing regions.
